When you order catering, request a group booking, or contact us through this site, we collect the details you provide directly — such as your name, email, phone number, dietary or accessibility notes, and payment details processed via Square.

We also collect basic technical information (like browser type and pages visited) to help us keep the site working well.

We use your information to process orders and bookings, respond to enquiries, and communicate with you about your visit. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Payments are processed securely by Square. We do not store your full card details on our own systems — Square's own privacy policy governs how that information is handled.

We retain booking and order records for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil our obligations — including tax, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements — and then delete or de-identify them.
